A.M. 25 minutes stepmill
post workout- 25 minutes on incline treadmill
workout:
2 sets incline dumbbell chest press – 20 reps
3 sets single shoulder press-15 reps
1 set standing shoulder press super set with side lateral-10 reps
3 sets cable squats-15 reps super set with ez-bar presses
1 set 20 push ups
PM- SWIM- 40 laps
Meal #1: 1 cup what bran with 1/2 cup blueberries and 6 egg whites
Meal #2: Quest Bar with an apple
Meal #3: Turkey Cabbage Scramble with Quinoa Salad
Meal #4: 3 rice cakes with 1/2 flax almond butter and 1/2 PB2 (mixed together and smothered over top) 🙂
Meal #5: Zucchini and 99% lean ground turkey scramble with 2 tbsp Udos Oil
Today, I felt great throughout the morning then after gym clients came home and need a nap asap! I was exhausted. When I woke up and was absolutely craving Fats. I had my 4th meal and it was yummy! I am just listening to my body. When you start dreaming about certain nutrients and then wake up for them, that is telling you something. I had a great p.m. swim, it was exhausting but wonderful! I am enjoying going to the pool in the evening. It makes me sleep like a baby! I ate my 5th meal and literally passed out on the couch. I was exhausted. Either just one of those days OR from the swim OR my baby is telling me I need sleep. Anyways, I went to be super early and called it a productive and happy day!
