Today was a productive and great day! Sun was shinning, got my “me time” and client time and time with my hubby so it was a great balanced day! I am feeling good! My energy is definitely starting to come back but higher in the morning than the evening. This evening I went for my p.m. swim and felt so heavy. I know that this is normal, even when I am not pregnant, where I have harder days than other. Hoping it was just one of those days and not feeling heavy from my little one… We will see. Any other pregnant ladies out there, when did you start to actually feel “heavy”. Hope it was just one of those days. Also another variable is that in the evening my energy isn’t what my morning energy is so that may have been part of it too… I will keep you posted. My appetite is picking up, especially mid day. At night still not as hungry as I normally was, pre pregnancy, so I am taking this as a good thing, keeping things lighter at night.  Here is my rundown for today.
Meal #1: 1 cup wheat bran with 1/2 banana and 1/4 blue berries (was really wanting a banana this morning)

Meal #2: Quest Bar and an Apple
Meal #3: Cabbage/Kale/Mushroom/tomato Saute with 99% lean ground turkey and egg white omelet mixed with Quinoa and wrapped in Nori (touch of Braggs Liquid Amino Acids)

Meal #4: Protein Shake
Meal #5: Canned Chicken
Meal #6: 5 egg white omelet with mushrooms, onion, bell peppers and topped with a tomato and 1/2 avocado
