1 3/4 whole wheat or oat flour
1/2 cup honey
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cups pear pulp
1/2 cup pear juice
1/2 cup skim milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp canola oil
2 egg whites
preheat oven to 400degrees F. Grease muffin pan. Combine all dry ingredinets. Add pear pulp, coat in flour mixture. In separate bowl mix milk, oil, egg whites, and pear juice and mix well. Stir into dry ingredients. Do not over mix. Fill Muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
