INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 jicima, sliced
-1 roma tomato
-3 celery stocks, diced
-1/4 purple onion, diced
-1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
-1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
-1/2 cucumber, diced
-1 tbsp minced garlic
-1 tsp parsley flakes
-2 tbsp olive oil
-1 tsp vinegar of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
Simply place all ingredients in a bowl and toss well with EVOO and vinegar of your choice.
