INGREDIENTS:
– 1/3 cup stevia
– 1/3 cup natural nut butter of choice (creamy / chunky totally doesn’t matter)
– 1/4 cup coconut oil **(softened butter consistency)**
– 2 tbsp cocoa powder
– few drops of liquid vanilla stevia (or tbsp of vanilla sugar free syrup)
DIRECTIONS:
Put stevia is a food processor and “blend” for a minute (this should make it slightly powdery)
Combine “powdered sugar” and nut butter of choice. It should be a dry crumble texture. Form into “reese cups” (about 6) and place on parchment paper. Pop these into the freezer while doing the next step.
Add coconut oil, cocoa powder and liquid sweetner in a dish and mix together. After about 20 minutes take out peanut butter and roll it around in coco mix covering all sides. The cocoa oil should begin to harden around the peanut butter. Store in fridge until you are ready to eat.
