Hump day update
Hope everyone has had an amazing day! Just finishing up for the evening and wanted to give you a rundown and check in. Had a mediocre workout… but got it done.
2 mile a.m. walk
30 minutes fast walk on treadmill (5.4 @ 6%– yes holding on)
100 assisted pull ups
3 sets of single leg, single arm deadlifts
4 sets jump squats
4 sets stationary squats, holding a 20# ez bar overhead
Been busy running around so grabbed meals on the go and looking forward to a nice warm dinner.
Meal 1: oats, flax and protein shake
meal 2: berry protein muffins
meal 3: tilapia with 1/2 head of cabbage
meal 4: 3 rice cakes with 4 oz chicken
meal 5: quest bar
meal 6: Tilapia with cabbage/onion saute and nori (wraps)
meal 7: no carb protein pancakes
Calling it a night… We will be checking in with Jessica to see how her travels are going, stay tuned for that tomorrow.
