Teamers, how was your hump day.. hope it was glorious! Welcome everyone who has now joined the team! we are all here to help you accomplish your goals and as you strive to be the best you can be and improve each day, step by step!
we are all in this together and every day we learn more about ourselves and that is HUGE. Those are tools we will carry with us forever.

Be yourself, be honest, be open and don’t make assumptions. When the day comes that you will be able to just be YOU and be impeccable to your word, doors will open and that is when things will happen… Making assumptions is so normal. Someone doesn’t say hi to you, you think that person is avoiding you and start thinking too far into it… really that person just had a bad day. Stop making assumptions and just BE. Understand that everyone has their story and their own circumstances. Maybe that person lost a close one or just had a bicker with their loved one. It is not about you but rather them. Don’t make assumptions! All in this together to remind ourselves that as long as we are true to ourselves and what we are striving for, those assumptions can be put to rest.

today’s workout was awesome:
6 sets dead lifts with 35#, form form form
then onto 5 rounds:
10 handstand push ups
10 assisted pull ups
30 40# seated rows
then onto….
3 sets of 10 reps alternating bicep dumbbell curls
and finished with
10 10# preecher curls
10 25# preecher curls with ez bar
10 reverse grip ez bar curls, reverse grip
30 minutes of cardio
10 min. fast walk on incline
10 minutes level 16 step mill
5 minutes fast walk on treadmill
3 minutes job on treadmill
2 minute sprint
stretch…
awesome day, accomplished….
DIET was fun and varied nutrients
meal 1: multi grain cereal ( look out for video tomorrow….) and protein shake
meal 2: protein pancakes
meal 3: 6 oz tilapia, big salad with 1 tbsp olive oil
meal 4: 2 sesame rice cakes with 1 tbsp almond butter
meal 5: protein shake with `1/4 c. oatmeal
meal 6: zucchini with 6 oz orange roughy
meal 7: no carb pancake with 1 tbsp flax seed
until tomorrow…
