  1. Gina! This article is perfect for me, especially out here in Iraq! We have a huge dining facility here with TONS of foods (and desserts!) and this article is just a friendly reminder of how possible it is for me to stay on a clean diet even when the temptation is overwhelming.     These are great tips! I could no believe the size difference of the food in the US, but was really happy to realize that you can eat healthy almost anywhere! Even Denny’s serve egg whites and broccoli all day long cooked without oil 🙂

  3. Jodie, I knew you wouldn’t have any problems. The US is very accommodating, crazy isn’t it!? We sure are lucky and I feel fortunate that you can go anywhere and get Gina Approved options. Makes going out more fun 😉
