Hazelnut Pear Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1/4 cup hazelnut meal
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
4 oz natural pear sauce
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 pear
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 packet stevia
In large bowl, Mix egg whites, protein and hazelnut meal in bowl with 2 oz pear sauce, stevia, cinnamon and baking powder. Spray mini pancake pan with coconut oil. Pour batter in pan and allow to cook, flipping half way through. Meanwhile cut 1/2 pear and place in sauté pan with remaining 2 oz pear sauce and coconut oil and sauté until pears are soft. Place pancakes in a tower on a plate and top off with pear mix. Garnish with fresh 1/2 of pear and Enjoy!!
