Happy Saturday everyone! Hope your weekend is off to a great start and your week was successful, which I know it was! Everyone is doing such a phenomenal job with their programs and fitness goals! One day at a time, before you know it, weeks have passed and you have put in the time, energy and effort that will all add up to reaching your ultimate goals!
Yesterday I was able to meet up with client/member/friend Cynthia! Many of you know her from my dvd! Her and I went to PF Changs for a later lunch. I put her to the test and she PASSED, ordering the Chicken Wraps (gina style) perfectly! We had a great time! Yesterday was a busy day so great way to end it!
Today I started out with my usual a.m. routine and a leg workout. Here was my leg workout of the day:
3 sets of 20 rep leg extensions
3 sets of 2 jump squats
3 sets of 15 vertical lying leg press
4 sets of 15 lying hamstring curls
1 set of 100 reps leg extensions
3 sets of 15 reps seated hamstring curls
So far no cardio and going to take it off from the gym cardio and take Bruno on a 3 mile walk later today.
Michael and I are headed to the farmers market to load up on tons of greens and see what veggies are in season! Hitting my Farmers Market for the week!
