meal 5Ground Turkey over Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients:

Cauliflower Rice:
1/2 bag Cauliflower Rice (fresh or frozen)- Trader Joes or you can make your own…
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
sea salt & pepper, to taste1 tsp olive oil
(1 serving)

 

Ground Turkey:
16 oz 99% lean ground turkey
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 cup green beans, fresh or frozen
1 cup salsa
sea salt and pepper, to taste
red pepper flakes as garnish (optional)
(4 Servings)

Directions:

Saute Cauliflower rice in olive oil over stove top. Add garlic, salt and pepper and saute until golden brown. Set aside.

Place 99% lean ground turkey in saute pan with 1 cup salsa, 1/2 red and yellow bell pepper and 1 cup green beans. Season with touch of sea salt and pepper. Cover and allow to cook slow and on low until veggies are tender and turkey is fully cooked.

Place Cauliflower on plate and top off with 1/4 turkey saute. Add red pepper flakes, if you want a little kick and Enjoy!
