Grilled veggies over a bed of greens and topped with balsamic mustard grilled Eat To Grow chicken breast. I could eat this all day every day!!
Balsamic dressing is my famous balsamic mustard dressing:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp water
1 clove garlic, minced
Fresh pepper, to taste
1 packet stevia
Mix well and serve with salad or over top any lean protein!! Enjoy!
