Ingredients:
4 oz. sugar free almond soy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 oz water
1 heaping tbsp. matcha green tea powder
2 no-calorie sweetener packets –Stevia
1 1/2 cups crushed iceāØ
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions:
Combine matcha green tea powder and all other ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes, until smooth and froothy.

OH YES, SO DELICIOUS. I JUST HAD THE SAME MEAL FOR MY SECOND MEAL! POSTED PHOTOS TOO!! What I love to do is make them separately, like you see in the photo… And then, My little thing is I pour the protein shake over the top of my oatmeal and eat it with a spoon, like a cereal, as seen in the second photo!!! So delicious and this is how I always eat my oats and shake! Love it!!! š
I have been looking for a green tea protein shake that I could tolerate after 2 major surgeries involving colon loss and SoD… This shake has bare minimum of additional “stuff” and is amazingly fresh!!! Now my most favorite with all benefits of green tea!!! Thank you for sharing!!
