Ingredients (bagel):

-2 large Egg whites
-1/4 C Almond Meal
-2 TBSP Water
-2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
-1/8 Tsp baking powder
-2 Tsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning
-2 TBSP Psyllium Husk
-1 TBSP Whole Flaxseed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour mixture into silicone bagel/donut tray and bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Yield: 2 bagels
Serving Size: 1

Topping Ingredients:
-1 whole egg
-3 egg whites
-1 oz avocado
-1 slice turkey bacon, no sugar
-2 slices tomato
-Arugula

Directions:
Toast bagel and set aside. Prepare whole egg and egg whites in a skillet sprayed with non-stick spray such as avocado oil. Allow to cook, flipping half way to keep the eggs together.

Place turkey bacon in air fryer, or you can pan fry, until crisp. Set aside.

Spread 1 oz avocado over toast. Top each side with eggs, one will have the yolk. Add sliced tomato and arugula. Crunch bacon in a bag to get bacon crumbles. Add over top and enjoy!
