I cannot wait to ‘drop it like it’s hot’ on my next leg/glute day! Those moves looked killer. LOL! It’s on. I’m going to take my progress pictures this week–I can’t wait to start seeing some improvements.

Drop it like it’s hot and let me know how you like the workout. You want to do about 3-4 sets of 15ish and then on the smith machine squat bump up your reps to 25-50!! Go higher too, if you want the challenge!
These are basic exercises but my favorite and what have really helped me. It is all about your basic, essential movements focusing on good form and squeezing with that mind muscle connection!
Remember– ALWAYS FOCUS ON USING THOSE HEELS TO DRIVE YOU UP!

Yes, you have to incorporate these exercises… they are essential!!!
You can’t ever have enough round/firmness to the behind!!!

Gina, do you suggest doing all of these in one workout? especially if I’m hitting legs 2 times a week? And we know that I’ve got alot of booty…..lol
