Ingredients:
1 scoop protein
2 egg whites
1/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 shredded zucchini
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 packet stevia (optional)
Directions: Mix all and bake at 350 until fully cooked and golden brown, about 30-35 minutes.
So easy and so delicious!! 🙂
