Meal #1: 1 cup wheat bran with 1/2 strawberries and 6 egg whites

Meal #2: Broccoli Slaw and mushroom sauté with 5 egg whites and 1/2 avocado wrapped in Nori

Meal #3: Quest Bar with 1 grapefruit

Meal #4: My Gina PF Changs Wraps Broccoli/Chicken Wraps with Asparagus and Brown rice
Meal #5: Protein shake with Dandyblend and chia seed
