Meal #3: Nori Wraps with onion, bell pepper and mushroom sauté with egg white/chicken scramble and wild rice
Meal #4: chicken with a size strawberry and avocado salad
Meal #5: Protein Shake
Meal #6: Chicken, Zucchini and Wild Rice sauté topped with Hot Sauce

Gina-I noticed on a few of the past days, you put oatmeal over top some of your meals. Do you cook it first or do you just sprinkle it on? Looking for new ideas….
HI Liz, I do both raw or cooked. The other day my rice wasn’t fully cooked so I topped off my omelet with raw oats and it was delicious. I will do that, cook my oats on the side or sauté them with my eggs and all 3 was are delicious. 🙂
Raw oats may not sound so tasty but actually they are great just sprinkled over top dishes 🙂
lol Jodie- I actually am a kicker, I grab my kick board and kick my way! I have never been much of a swimmer other than for fun so not the best but working on my kick and having fun with it. Last night it was so peaceful out, as the sun was coming down. 🙂
