SWIM- 50 laps- 30 minutes
2 mile o.m. dog walk
Meal #1: Puffed Kamut Cereal with Protein shake as “milk”

Meal #2: (Pre Swim) Watermelon & Apple Fruit Salad

Meal #3: (post swim) Fish Taco Salad with Black Beans and low carb tortilla

Meal #4: Same as meal #1 🙂
Meal #5: Tilapia with Zucchini and 2 tbsp Olive Oil
