WOD: OFF REST DAY!
Meal #1: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup blueberries, 6 egg whites, coffee

Meal #2: 2 egg whites, 3 oz chicken breast, veggie omelet with yellow onion and mushroom omelet topped with hot sauce and 1/2 avocado

Meal #3 & #4: Quest Bar
(I know had 2 Quest Bars but I was absolutely craving them!)
Meal #5: Turkey Burger with Egg Plant and topped with homemade Olive Tempenade ( Recipe coming soon) 🙂

Meal #6: Left over Turkey Burger 🙂
