Cardio- p.m. 3 mile walk with dog
Meal #1: 1/2 cup wheat bran, 1/4 cup oatmeal with 1/2 banana and 6 egg whites
Meal #2: Quest Bar and grapefruit
Meal #3: Chili Turkey Saute topped with Avocado
Meal #4: Protein shake with an apple
Meal #5: On the road, emergency Quest Bar
Meal #6: Same as Meal #3 🙂
