INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cups oat flour
1 cup whole oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup cocoa flavored almonds
1.5 Tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup sugar free syrup
1/4 cup water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Non-stick cooking spray
DIRECTIONS:
-Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees F.
-Mix all dry ingredients (except coconut) in a bowl.
-Add all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
-Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add mixture to the dish, pressing it down with a spatula. Sprinkle coconut on top.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
-Let cool, cut into amount of bars, of your choice, and store in an air-tight container for up to one week.
