1 lb broccoli
2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-chop broccoli until it is extremely fine
-place in saute pan coated with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and fresh parsley
-saute until broccoli is crispy and golden brown
(be sure to continue tossing to allow broccoli to evenly cook)
Remove from saute pan and use as your “breading” for any lean meat!
–use egg whites to dip lean protein and then coat in Broccoli Breading!
