ingredients:
1 lb broccoli
2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
directions:
-chop broccoli until it is extremely fine
-place in saute pan coated with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and fresh parsley
-saute until broccoli is crispy and golden brown
(be sure to continue tossing to allow broccoli to evenly cook)
Remove from saute pan and use as your “breading” for any lean meat!
–use egg whites to dip lean protein and then coat in Broccoli Breading!

hey you go from tons of carbs (usually bad carbs) to broccoli breading with no carbs (well in my book, no carbs… all fiber) tastes, delicious, win win!!
