INGREDIENTS:
2 cups chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp cumin powder
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients into a food processor (or blender) and process until very smooth. You can Refrigerate in an air-tight container for about 7-10 days.
