Refuel meals are not binges or a time to eat anything and everything… they are meant to allow for you to enjoy a meal you have been craving that may not be on the menu. It’s a perfect time to enjoy a date night or put away the scale and just cook for fun! Maybe there is a recipe you have been wanting to try or a pizza place you have been dying to go to. It is a time to enjoy a meal of your choice. You still make healthy choices, for example, thin crust over thick or light cheese over loaded with cheese or in this dish below, adding veggies to a plate of pasta. It is a time to enjoy and free your mind!
