Gina’s Green Goddess Smoothie
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-2 cups kale or spinach
-1/2 apple
-1/2 avocado
-1 lime
1 kiwi
-1/4 cup fresh parsley
-1 cup coconut water (for added creaminess, use unsweetened coconut milk)
-
1 cup water
stevia to taste (optional)
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
