INGREDIENTS:
-10 cloves garlic
-1 tsp red pepper flakes
-2 cups parsley leaves
-1 lemon, juiced
-1 lime, juiced
-3/4 c olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
Place garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley leaves, and 1 tablespoon each lemon and lime juice in a blender. Puree until smooth. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water to the mixture if it will not blend. Remove from blender and whisk in oil. Taste. Adjust seasoning with remaining lemon and lime juice.
Drizzle one tbsp over your favorite lean protein and enjoy! 🙂
