INGREDIENTS:
-2 tbsp Udo’s Oil
-1 heaping tbsp minced garlic
-1 tbsp parsley flakes
-1 tsp cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Simply mix all ingredients and add to top of lean protein (fish or chicken) or even use it to toss a salad! So simply and such a yummy flavor!
