G-Fit Workout of the day part 1:
-5 2-push ups with leg lift
-10 plank with leg lift
-5 wide stance push ups
Move onto PART 2 before repeating….
G-Fit Workout of the day part 2:
-15 hip thrusts off ball
-10 bicep curls with press
Rest and go back to part 1 and repeat entire circuit 2x
