10 front presses (dumbbells together)
10 V presses
10 “up and out” presses
10 kettle bell swings
10 knee to opposite shoulder off exercise ball
Rest and repeat 3x
Move on to part 2….

10 hamstring curls off medicine ball
20 Oblique crunches, legs elevated on exercise ball
10 crunches with single foot on exercise ball and other extended straight up
15 leg lifts
30 2-count flutter kicks
10 push ups
Rest and repeat 3x
