-10 straight leg elbow to toe touches
-10 squat, upright row, squat, press
-10 across your body front raise

-10 knee to chest superset with straight leg front raise
-10 diagonal knee to chest
-10 knee to chest into back kick
-20 plank knee to elbow, keeping foot off the ground!
