Today’s Meals:
Meal #1: 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 1/4 cup wheat bran, 1/2 cup blueberries & 1 scoop protein
Meal #2: 6 egg whites & an apple
Meal #3: Cabbage Turkey Salad with Low carb tortillas (baked) & salsa and 1/2 avocado Delicious!!
Meal #4: Protein Shake
Meal #5: Crock Pot Turkey Breast Salad with EVOO and other 1/2 avocado
Meal #6: No Carb Protein Pancakes with Chia Seed
Workout of the Day
50 minutes incline treadmill 30/20 4.8 @18%
MINI Circuit
2 sets 15 reps
-push ups off bench
-one arm rows with triceps kick backs
-Shoulder press
-side lateral with front raise
