Do you use this regularly? I use this whenever I think about it and it really seems to help. I have been through enough physical therapy for just about every part of my body to know that I am usually told to use this, particularly for my IT band. I also use a tennis ball for my glutes often. That feels fantastic! Well, painful and fantastic!
My question is this. Is there anytime when I shouldn’t use it and also is there any danger in using it too much? Oh, and when is the BEST time to use it?

I love my foam roller and tennis ball!! You can use these anytime and no there is really not “best” time to use it. 5-10 minutes once or twice a day should be fine. It wont hurt you to roll more but really isn’t necessary. It does feel good though so roll away!! The foam roller and tennis balls are such simple tools but make the world of difference. Glad to know you are doing this!! this will really help you!
