Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic and Parsley Spread
Ingredients
-1-2 cups EVOO
-1 cup garlic, whole cloves
-1 bunch fresh parsley
Directions:
Simply place in the blender, blend until all ingredients are mixed together. Add more EVOO to get the consistency you desire.
Keep in refrigerator for 7-10 days. Great on salads, sandwiches, lean protein, veggies, and just about everything!!
