Do you find it hard to do everything you have set out to do in a day because there just isn’t enough time? With everything your life encompasses and all the aspirations you have, don’t you feel like there just flat out isn’t enough time in the day!? We have so many opportunities that come our way and the freedom to do as we wish and with that comes the need to figure out how we are going to live out our destination! Our unlimited amount of freedom brings about amazing potential choices but with all these choices can come frustration. Frustration because we struggle to find time for everything we need and want to do but there just isn’t enough! The bottom line is we only have so many hours in a day. Unfortunately or fortunately that is 24 and we need to make the most of our 24 hour day. 7-8 of that day is intended for necessary rest so that leaves us with 16-17 hours a day. Making the most out of our limited allotted time means planning and prioritizing! Before you plan another day, week, month, year, it is important to understand and conceptualize that You CANNOT do everything! We are human and not super human! We all love to think that we are capable of EVERYTHING! We see ourselves as Super woman, Super mom, Super mom, Super wife, Super friend, and just about Super everything and yes, we are woman and that is true, for the most part šŸ™‚ But the reality is, in a realistic world, we Cannot Do Everything. When you think you can, that is when frustration erupts because you try and try to do it all but just can’t seem to. Trust me, easier said than done, but life becomes easier when you accept the fact that you will never be able to do everything you want, all at once. Once that happens, you can start to look at what you want to do the MOST and what is highest on your priority list. From there, you can structure your day, week, month, and year (s) based on priorities. Once you have a realistic plan of attack, suddenly you feel like you have more time in each day to go after the things highest on your list! This will eliminate frustration and bring about a peace of mind. You will immediately feel a sense of relief, calmness and the ability to go after top priorities with more focus and energy! Focus on your preparing your priority list and use your valuable time to focus on the top of the list rather than those things in the middle or end!
