INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/4 lb 99% lean ground turkey breast
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil
1 large onion, chopped
1 stock celery, chopped
1 tbsp cinnamon
4-6 cups water
1/4 tsp crush red pepper
3 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
3 medium tomatoes, diced tomatoes
2 small zucchini, sliced
12 oz sliced, fresh mushrooms

METHOD:

Chop all ingredients that need to be cut. Place all ingredients (veggies, spices, liquid, meat) in crock pot, set on low and allow to slow cook 6-8 hours! The longer you cook the better! 🙂
