–Tuna is a easy choice for lunch, as now you can find it in those oh so easy to tear pouches.  They are low in calories, fat, carbs and high in proteins so they seem like the perfect meal!  They can be, every now and then! You have to watch out for their high levels of mercury which can be very toxic to our immune and cardiovascular systems!!  Eat your tuna wisely!
–Many of you asked about cooking with sprays such as Canola oil spray, Olive oil spray and pam.. Did you know that Canola oil is better for cooking and sauteing than olive oil because it has a high smoke point.  This means that at 425 degrees F, the temperature is at it’s point where it can be heated until starts to discolor and cause smoke and carcinogens.    Use canola oil for cooking and olive oil for salads and eating on foods 🙂
