Do you have a desire to do something different than what you are doing? If so, are you taking appropriate steps towards to make the change? Often people dream and talk. Talk a lot about what it is they want, how they want to change, what it is they want to do, but they never do the one thing that will allow them to reach those ambitions–Act. The reality of life is that we need to change something in order to get something. For example, If you want to change your body and health, you cannot lose weight and build a healthier body by doing what you are doing and eating as you are eating. There needs to be a change. Taking action and making those changes takes courage and honesty with yourself. As long as you are doing what you like and follow your heart, you are more apt to make the change and go for it! Think about what it is you really want, dedicate yourself to taking the steps, set up baby steps and a plan of attack and go for it! If you have the desire, that is the initial spark that you need to get the flame going!
