“If you realized how powerful your thoughts are, you would never think a negative thought.”

~ Peace Pilgrim

Good morning!! Getting back on track from a busy weekend and start of the week.  The weather in SD has been freezing and stormy, I know what is freezing, right?  Well to you east coasters, we still should be in bathing suits but to us who are use to 60-70 degree weather year round, I am about to purchase snow gear!! 😉  I love the change in weather, for a change, as now it really feels like the holiday season is here!  Now it isn’t just our Christmas Tree, Christmas Music and stockings that brings the holiday joy but now the sound of rain and wind howling outside!!! It has definitely been a less motivating day the past few days, as I am not use to having to bundle up and get moving in such conditions.  Again, I know many of you are laughing at me, as some of you have to shovel snow this time of year, but remember I am speaking from a California girls reality… I give you all so much credit and props for living under such cold weather conditions!

On another note, I continually post quotes, articles and blurbs about positive thinking and attitudes and I am not going to stop.  I am such a firm believer in the power of the mind and I want to instill this in each and every one of you.  It is so easy and normal to have a negative thought pop into your head and rather than letting it destroy your day or challenge your thought process, if you only knew how powerful those thoughts can be on every area of your life!  If people only realized how powerful your thoughts are, You would never allow those thoughts to enter into your world… Not saying it is an easy concept to grasp but truly, something that should be focused on and worked on daily!

Throughout my experience in life and especially taking my competition career into play, the power of my positive thoughts have really been the sole culprit for my success and I want you all to use the power YOU have to allow you to achieve your goals and ultimate dreams!

It is never too late to change your thoughts.  Every day is a new day to practice this concept.  Start today by allowing your mind to go.  If a negative thought pops into your head, pretend you are a typewriter, erase that thought and replace it with a positive thought.  It all starts with that exercise.  Someone once taught me that exercise and it really is where my thought processes started to change.

We all have those thoughts that pop into our heads, that is normal, you are human, but it is what we do with them.  It is how we replace those thoughts with powerful positive thoughts that matters.

Today, you are a typewriter, try this exercise and practice it every day!

Your thoughts are your reality!!!

Have an amazing day!
