Some of you may recognize Cynthia from my dvd or competing in both Figure and Bikini…I am so proud of Cynthia (friend, member, client) who started a “lifestyle/balance program” a few weeks ago to slightly trim up and get into amazing shape for a photo shoot and vacation she had planned. Cynthia always looks amazing but we picked it up slightly, the balanced/l;lifestyle way, and nailed it! I am so proud of you Cynthia for always seeking new goals and conquering them with all your heart, mind, body and soul!! You look amazing and wow, what stunning shots! What a beauty! I wanted to share her photos with everyone because I am so proud of her and the balanced approach she had while slightly tightening things up and allowing her body to respond based on good nutrition, training and cardio! Mind you Cynthia was still enjoying her favorite foods and all life has to offer and look at her! 😉 You look amazing girlie!! xoxo
