1/2 c. non fat sour cream
3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Sugar substitute (splenda or stevia)
1 tsp. Dill Weed
1 small Onion, thinly sliced
3 Cucumber, sliced
2 c. Wild Rice, cooked
1.In medium bowl combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar substitute, and dill weed.
2.Thinly slice onion.
3.Add onion, cucumber, and wild rice to sour cream mixture.
4.Cover and chill.
