ingredients:
4 cups chopped, unpeeled cucumbers
1/2 cup. chopped red bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
2 tbsp. celery seed
3 cups chopped onions
2 cups white vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tbsp mustard seed

Use coarse blade or grinder; combine all ingredients in large bowl. Use as relish or as dip for your favorite healthy flax chips or even use it as a celery dip!
