Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 16 oz pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium chicken broth powder or bouillon granules OR 1/4 C. low sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Preparation:
Simply place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours!!
Serve over a bed of brown rice or over a delicious salad!
