INGREDIENTS:
-1 scoop protein
-2 egg whites
-3 oz non fat greek yogurt (or pumpkin puree works great too)
-1/4 cup coconut flour
-1/4 cup oats
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-Cinnamon, to taste
-Stevia (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Place on hot waffle iron and cook until done. Remove from Waffle iron and place on plate. Eat as is or place Nut butter and/or Sugar Free Jelly over top. Enjoy!
