just tried this and it is really good. gina is almonds ok in place of oats for my low or med carb days. almonds give it more crunch and flavor. 🙂
pepper- go ahead and add 15 almonds but don’t replace your oats for them… 😉 You can add them to your oats on your low carb days. 🙂
