INGREDIENTS:
-4 oz grilled chicken
-1 cucumber, sliced
-1 Roma tomato, sliced
-1/2 cup mixed bean sprouts
-romaine lettuce, finely diced
-1 small purple onion, sliced
-1 tbsp fresh minced garlic
-1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
-1 tbsp Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
-Over stove top, saute purple onion until golden brown.
-In big mixing bowl add all ingredients except oil and vinegar and mix together.
-Add olive oil and vinegar and toss until completely coated.
