INGREDIENTS:
-2 stocks celery, diced
-1 onion- sliced into rings
-2 portabella mushrooms
-1 packet kelp noodles
-1 tbsp red pepper flakes
-1 tbsp ginger
-1 tbsp parsley
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1 tbsp garlic
DIRECTIONS:
-Saute celery in pan with pam until golden brown. Add ginger and red pepper flakes and add Kelp noodles to saute and cook until noodles are soft. Turn down burner and allow to sit on low.
-Coat mushrooms and onions with EVOO, parsley and garlic. Place onion rings in foil and on BBQ grill and Portobella mushrooms directly on BBQ Grill.
-Cook until soft, mushrooms about 3-4 minutes on each side and Onion needs to cook for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove Mushrooms, once cooked and add to Celery Noodle saute and allow to stay warm.
-Once onion is completely cooked, remove from BBQ and add to Saute.
