Ingredients:
-2 cans tuna in water, drained
-1 lemon, juiced
-1/2 cup cashews
-1/2 cup red pepper hummus (any brand, I used Sabra)
-5-7 stalks celery
-Touch of sea salt and pepper, to taste
Simply place all ingredients except tuna in food processor and purée. Then add tuna and pulse a few times until all mixed.
Serving size: 3-4
