2 cups uncooked oatmeal
4 heaping tbsp cashew butter
2 cups non fat milk
2 cups water
1 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops whey protein (flavor of choice)
4 tbsp ground flax seeds

-Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.

-Add remaining ingredients except flax seeds and reduce heat. Cook gently for 3-5 minutes until mixture is thick.

-add Flax seeds to finished and cooked oatmeal, serve and enjoy.

-**Optional, garnish with fresh ground cashews.
