INGREDIENTS:
-4 egg whites
-1 whole egg
-1/4 cup raw almonds
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tbsp decaffeinated coffee
-1/4 cup baking Stevia
DIRECTIONS:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Spray doughnut tin with pam.
-In Blender or food processor, add all ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined and almonds are fully ground.
– Fill doughnut tin with mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
